Project Description: City of Carmel is researching and implementing smart parking solutions for on street and parking garages. Phase I is identifying available parking (per space) for usage tracking and display to public for open parking wayfinding. Phase II involves researching solutions for navigation aids in parking garages allowing for autonomous parking.
